We know that right now many rental property owners and managers, and even some local home lenders, are struggling and worried along with your tenants / borrowers.  And that the government actions that may ease their pain could add to yours.  

But now you can offer your residents:

• a way to generate rent so they can stay or get current on their rental obligations and stay in the property; or

• if you must ask them to leave the property, at least an alternative source of scarce affordable housing

If you haven't typically allowed subleasing on your property, this may be the time to consider making an exception, in close partnership with an organization you can grow to trust.
